It was Guru Tegh Bahadur’s martyrdom day here in India on 16th Dec. He was the ninth of the Ten Gurus of Sikhism. With street celebrations, musical bands, free food and a parade to celebrated his scarifies. Locals said that the Chandi Chowk and Pahar Ganj streets were historical where Guru Tegh Bahadur was beheaded in 1675.
